Description

This tour will take you to Topola and Royal Mausoleum of the Karadjordjevic family. Visit to the monastery Vraćevšnica, traditional lunch, drive to Zlatibor mountain, trip to Mileševa Monastery and its world famous “White Angel” fresco. Buckwheat pie, cream, cheese, meat… Village Zlakusi and a Terzić Etno Park with their potters. Back to Belgrade and Skadarlija street with its traditional restaurants.

Itinerary

1

First Day:

Arrival at the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, welcome of the expert guide of the agency and transfer to the hotel in the city center, with a tour of Belgrade from about 2.5 hours.

  • Rich traditional dinner in Skadarlija. Overnight.

Second Day:

After breakfast drive to Topola and sightseeing of the Royal Mausoleum of the Karadjordjevic family and the Church of St. George, with beautiful mosaics. Rich traditional lunch with wine tasting in the winery.

  • Continuation of the drive to the luxurious rural tourist complex Kuća Čolovića and welcome with homemade quince brandy, juice, sweets and bread. Accommodation.
  • Rich traditional dinner in the building of the Old House, with a hearth over 200 years old – gibanica, wedding cabbage, lamb – with prior participation in the preparation of famous Serbian specialties, under the supervision of experienced hosts.
  • Overnight.

Third Day:

After breakfast drive to the monastery Vraćevšnica and sightseeing.

  • Welcoming the hosts dressed in traditional costumes in a nearby rural tourist household that provides tourist services. Rich traditional lunch.
  • Continuation of the drive to Zlatibor, the most famous mountain tourist center of Serbia, accommodation in a hotel.
  • Overnight / wellness /

Fourth Day:

After breakfast, a full day trip to the Mileseva Monastery, known for its beautiful fresco of the White Angel.

  • Continuation of the drive to the nearby rural tourist household that deals with tourism and a rich traditional lunch – buckwheat pie, cream, goldsmith cheese, smoked beef, lamb.
  • Return to the hotel on Zlatibor, overnight.

Fifth Day:

After breakfast drive to Belgrade.

  • A break in the village of Zlakusi, known for its numerous potters, and a tour of the Terzić Courtyard Ethno Park.
  • Traditional serving and presentation of handmade pottery.
  • Accommodation in a hotel in the center of Belgrade.
  • Shorter free time.
  • Festive final dinner in a restaurant in Skadarlija, overnight.

Sixth Day:

After breakfast transfer to Belgrade airport, departure flight and completion of programs and services.
